Started his career since 2005, Chef Didik Prayudi has a lot of experience from many restaurants in Bali. Worked as CDP (Chef De Partie) at Golden Tulip Devins Seminyak Hotel at BLU Restaurant-Bar-Lounge, he is the one team with Chef Linda Wati Turnip. Didik has also focused his time on sharing his skills with our guests based on his unique background and training.
Chef Ariawan has worked as Sous Chef at Golden Tulip Devins Seminyak Hotel at BLU Restaurant-Bar-Lounge since 2014. He has a passion to creates a delicious and authentic Asian and Western cuisine experience for all. And while his Asian and Western cuisine is amazing, he also hosted the cooking demonstration which is a regular activity for in-house guest.
Linda Wati Turnip or Chef Linda, she always called, having most important philosophies to work with local, seasonal produce to create dishes that are innovating and technical but accessible. She has 22 years of culinary expertise in some region of Papua, Cambodia, Yogyakarta and Bali, now she serves her skill at Golden Tulip Devins Seminyak Hotel, at BLU Restaurant Bar Lounge.
